Can I join the Co-op nearest where I live or work?

You can choose the Co-op that suits you best to pickup your pack - that could be the one closest to home, work, or one on your commute route, based on the day and time the Co-op operates that suits you best.

How do I know what will be in the pack each week?

Your local Co-op will let you know how they inform you what items you’ll get in next week’s pack. Often it’s via their local Facebook page or via email. It’s always fresh and seasonal.

What if I forget to order in time?

If you’ve missed the deadline to pay online, please email or message your local coordinator - contact details are shown in the locations map, and in the local Co-op Facebook page.

Do you use recyclable bags for the packs?

Yes, there’s no single use plastic here! Please bring a clean bag each week when you pick up your pack. And if you have some spare new or clean reusable bags, we’d appreciate the donation.

Can I buy other items apart from those in the pack?

Some Co-ops buy-in extra seasonal items that you can purchase - keep an eye on your Co-op’s Facebook page each week. Some Co-ops also offer regular extra items such as a carton of eggs.
